We provide different levels of services depending on the size of your property and your requirements. Please see below a list of our level of services:

Full Home Renovation Consultation: £900

A full home renovation consultation is a 2 hour review of your property to discuss what you want to achieve based on your budget and priorities. From this, a detailed report will be produced with a list of priorities and options, with clear recommendations to move forward with your project plans. General costings in relation to labour and material costs will be provided to help inform your spending priorities.

Mini Home Renovation Consultation: £450

A mini home renovation consultation is a 1 hour review which focuses on specific aspects of your home in order to carry out particular work. From this, a mini report will be produced  providing possible options for work to be carried out. General costings and labour and materials will be provided to help inform your spending priorities.

Property Maintenance Audit: £350

A property maintenance audit is a basic review of your property to determine what repairs need to be carried out on your property. This service entails a home visit and of schedule of works with general costs for labour and materials.  

Project management overview: POA

Project management overview supports the client when contractors are already on site. This service is to support the homeowner to see if the contractors are carrying out the work as agreed. This service involves site visits over the duration of the project, and a report will be produced for the client that will detail any outstanding work or issues that need to be addressed or carried out.
