Jonathan was invaluable when we were in the planning stages of building an extension to our house in Walthamstow a few years ago. Rather than looking at the site and simply giving estimates for the cost of the work as others had done, he talked us through every stage and identified a number of issues on the proposed build that would not have even occurred to us. This included potential complications with drainage, light and electrics plus creative input on the overall design and its compatibility with the age and condition of the house.
